The wood framed stable block is built on a concrete and brick base with a concrete forecourt. There are three part lined loose boxes with a fourth which is suitable as a tack room. Two small outbuildings are also included and are suitable for storage. Metered water is provided via a tap within the complex.
The stable block is beautifully situated in one corner of the land, surrounded by mature trees and hedgerows. The winding Abercamlo river passes around the stable block adding to the tranquility of the site.
The land comprises approx 3.5 acres associated with the stables with a seperate one acre plot further along the road. Water is provided by means of a metered trough in the main paddock.
Access to Brynhaul Stables is from Gravel Road and leads directly into the main paddock. The land contains historic Pingos that were formed in the ice age and add interest and character to the entire plot.
A small (one acre approx.) field with a fresh water brook and a lean-to shelter. There is also a small water trough maintained by the landlord as a backup. This is an independent unit from the main complex and is rented separately. Direct access from the road.
